I keep referencing that DIY'ers find a shop with a Sunnen hone to size the bushings after they've been installed in the spindle. I'm putting a link to the video and the post on the Ratsun thread to more easily point others to it.

Cotter Bolts and Seals
Information about the availability of the cotter bolts for the lower fulcrum pins has been brought up recently. They are available for several British cars. There are some links in this thread on Ratsun. There is a workable option for the seals, as well.

This is not my page or my info, but I found it to be a good "quick look" at some of what's needed to rebuild kingpins on the vehicle. I tried to contact that owner to get permission, but the email address is dead. The info is not complete, but it may help you decide if you want to do it yourself or not.
